The root canal I had done here was so efficiently executed it was kind of stunning. It was fast and pretty much painless. Great surgical team and support staff as well.

Amazing location. Every staff member I've come into contact with here has been so great. Even the lady who runs the front desk. She was so sweet. The lady who set me up for the main dentist to do my root canal was so great. So was the man who did my root canal. My CT scan appointment before that went great too. I have very intense dental anxiety. And they were all so sweet and assuring and accommodating. One of the best dental experiences of my life. Obviously dental work isn't fun. But it went as well as possible on both visits. Editing to add: it was fun to see the main dentist who took care of me geek out because I have an extra set of wisdom teeth. Which is unlike anything he had ever seen. Made me feel a little more confident in my teeth and smile. Which is my biggest insecurity. They also let me keep my music and noise cancelling headphones on. They have a nice fridge of fluids to help you hydrate during your visit. Everything was great. 😁

Dr.Germack was amazing! The team promptly looked for the soonest available appointment for me. The office was High tech and clean. Very fast and thorough explanation and treatment from the doctor. They use microscope with big screen to help with my treatment. Painless appointment. One visit Root canal therapy. Parking was a breeze with parking validation. 100% highly recommended! The price also reflected the quality of service.

I actually ENJOYED my root canal procedure! I’d give this more than 5 stars if I could. Dr Vicky was absolutely phenomenal. I had a horizontal crack in the root and I was in severe pain for weeks, very scared the pain will not go away even with the root canal. She addressed all my concerns, answered all questions in detail by showing the images of my tooth and I am now writing this review 3 months later with absolutely no pain and no issues whatsoever. They gave me noise canceling headphones during the procedure and I was extremely comfortable the whole time I was basically falling asleep DURING A ROOT CANAL. I have other root canals and there was nothing comfortable about the previous procedures I had in other places. I know who I’ll go to if I ever need a root canal again.

I had a root canal done at Core Endodontics by Dr Vicky and her team and while root canals aren’t exactly a fun time, I had above and beyond care and treatment. Dr Vicky is a wonderful and caring endodontist and was thorough, direct, and was conservative with my care (which is my preference). The root canal itself was done with a newer technology which was way better than a previous root canal experience I had. She also helped me out with a couple infections and abscesses. I have *a lot* of dental anxiety and her and the team at the Downtown office always made me feel cared for and as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend her and the team at Core Endodontics!
